Every request was met with a smile, and they went above and beyond to ensure our stay was nothing short of exceptional. The resort itself is a sanctuary of beauty, blending luxury with the natural charm of Samal Island. Whether lounging by the pool or exploring the pristine beach, every corner of Discovery Samal radiates relaxation and comfort. We truly can't wait to go back and experience the magic all over again. I really enjoyed the tranquility of the resort. It was peaceful while providing gorgeous views overlooking the water. I especially loved the Church on the hilltop. My mother just passed away recently, so the Chapel was of great comfort to me. Our suite was also extremely comfortable. Felt like heaven, and having the balcony with the beautiful nature surrounding it helped me when I wanted to just spend time alone. The all day room service was great.

The breakfast was very good, my parents and I enjoyed it a lot. The room is spacious and conducive for my dad who is bound in a wheelchair. It is in a very good location, the rooms are quiet, the facilities are amazing, and the pools are excellent. Water temperature is good and conducive for swimming. We also love that there are handrails, floaters, life jackets, and all other equipment and facilities for safety.

All staff were very polite and welcoming, we appreciate the housekeeping a lot as they made sure our room was nice and clean throughout our whole stay, they were able to keep all the facilities tidy considering how big the place is (including the landscape), breakfast buffet was tasty and wonderful (so many food selections), complimentary desserts everyday is a plus !!
